2013 Educational Legislative One Pagers

Starting in 2011, the DPAC Advocacy and Policy Workgroup focused on building awareness of diabetes management and prevention education to policymakers. The intent is to provide consistent diabetes prevention and control information (general education and Michigan specific initiatives) to policymakers and keep diabetes on the radar as a top health priority. For two years the educational one pager(s) were delivered monthly; in 2013 they are now produced and distributed approximately bimonthly.
